Classy and friendly staff. I use a mobility scooter. No problem to this hotel. Access to hotel from Car Park, which was really useful. Reduced parking fees to guests. Excellent standard of staff at all levels.

On the quayside of the Floating Harbour, The Bristol Hotel is 10 minutes' walk from Brunel's SS Great Britain. It has stylish rooms, free internet and a riverside restaurant.The light and airy rooms feature modern furniture . They feature a flat-screen TV and beds have duck down duvets and crisp white linen. Bathrooms include power shower and designer toiletries.With huge floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning river views, the River Grille restaurant serves modern English cuisine including fresh local fish, Somerset beef and West Country cheeses.The elegant River Lounge offers light snacks, afternoon teas and a fine wine list. Guests can also relax in the Shore Café Bar.Queens Square and the Arnolfini Gallery are both just 200 yards away. Castle Park and The Galleries shopping centre are 10 minutes’ walk.

As this is a public car park parking spaces cannot be reserved, they are on a first come first serve basis, however there are 300 spaces, so it is not generally full. Please drive into the car park taking the ticket from the barrier then prior to leaving the car park exchange this ticket at the hotel reception for a £5.00 per night exit ticket.
